Agentic has arrived. Rebuild your workflows, connect your systems.

All software is getting an agentic UI. That is because an agent would rather ask for what it wants than script how to get it, the same as anyone. So you can point your agents at any software, even your own, and your workflows run across agents, people and machine steps in one pass. Hire Human's talent gets that done, quickly and safely.

How Hire Human trains for both layers of the work

Two tracks, both of them shipping working automation. One builds alongside your ops team, in the tools it already runs; the other builds inside your codebase and core systems.

Business layer

Agentic Specialist

Rebuilds a workflow your team runs every day as an agentic one, and measures what it saved.

What they deliver

  • A working agentic workflow your team runs every day
  • Claude, ChatGPT or whatever your team uses, wired to the data the work already runs on
  • The prompts, templates and runbooks they operate it with
  • Review points where a person still signs off
  • A before-and-after measurement, in hours and dollars saved

Good fit if

You have a team doing repeatable, high-volume work and someone who owns it.

Technical layer

Agentic Engineer

Puts an agentic UI on an internal system, reachable from the agents your team uses.

What they deliver

  • An MCP server in front of an internal system, usable in any agentic workflow
  • A catalog of actions in the language the business uses, not the schema underneath
  • Scoped credentials and audit logging on every path to your data
  • Tests, guardrails and a rollback behind each integration
  • A pattern the rest of your team can build on

Good fit if

You have engineers who own the systems this would need to touch.

What our badged talent walks in with

Every candidate finishes their track by rebuilding one real workflow end to end and measuring what changed. The capstone is a portfolio piece, and you can read it before you talk to them.

What sets these programs apart is that you build real things that solve real problems. My capstone—a multi-agent meeting automation pipeline—cut a 30-minute manual process down to under 4 minutes.

What it costs and what you are signing

$2,000

To start: a 40-hour minimum at $50+/hr

That buys one scoped project: a prototype running on your own workflow by day 7, and the production-grade version by day 30. What happens after that is a decision you make at a checkpoint, not a renewal that happens to you.

The people we place work inside your team, on your tools, in your standups.

Contracting model, background checks and IP assignment: ask, and we will send the paperwork before the first call.

Tell us where your team's week goes.

You do not need to arrive knowing which workflow to start with. We come back with the one we would rebuild first, two or three badged people who have done that kind of work, and what week one would cost. No obligation. The sooner we scope, the sooner day 7 is.

Questions you may have

How do we scope the first project?

You do not need to arrive knowing which one. Tell us where the week goes and we come back with the workflow we would rebuild first, two or three badged people who have done that kind of work, and one deliverable for week one: a working prototype of that workflow, or an internal system wired up once, so Claude, ChatGPT and anything else your team adopts can use it. Which data and systems that needs is settled in the same conversation, before day 0.

How fast can I get started?

On the first call we tell you how many badged people match the work, and you are interviewing screened candidates within days. From there your own onboarding and system access set the start date. We place weekly, and matches go in the order they were asked for.

What is my financial commitment?

$2,000 to open: a 40-hour minimum at $50+/hr on one scoped project, and nothing past it. At day 7, 30 and 90 you decide whether the work carries on, billed at the same rate for the hours worked. Contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire are all open to you, and most teams start project-scoped. Taking someone onto your payroll is a placement fee starting at $10,000, which falls with every hour they work as a contractor and reaches zero at 480, twelve weeks full time.

What if the person is not a fit?

Select a replacement, or stop there. Your commitment is 40 billable hours in total, which is the $2,000 the engagement opens with. There is nothing beyond it.

How are these individuals trained?

They are career-changers who completed a LaunchCode track and earned the badge by building and measuring a real automation, so each one arrives with a portfolio you can read before you talk to them. The Agentic Specialist track covers finding automation opportunities, designing workflows with handoffs to engineering, writing prompts and runbooks, setting review points, and proving impact. The Agentic Engineer track covers standing up MCP servers so agents can reach an internal system, exposing business data safely, access controls and audit logging, and deployment guardrails.

Can they work on-site?

Yes. On-site, hybrid or remote, matched to how your team works. We place nationwide, and everyone we place is based in the U.S.

Who is the company behind Hire Human?

Being a nonprofit means the rate is not carrying a shareholder margin, and what you pay goes back into training the next people through.
